The Phang Nga Bay

1981 this impressive landscape was declared as national park and used as a stage fort he famous James Bond film “The man with the golden gun”. Enjoy the day, full of unique impressions with a boats ride through the picturesque bays of Phang Nga. Visit the Sea gipsy village Ko Panyee, which is built on poles in the sea. And of course visiting the famous James Bond Rock is also on the program.
Friends of canoeing can explore caves on a one hour tour. On the way back to the hotel, you visit the cave temple Suwanakuha, one of the most beautiful facilities in this region.


Daytrip - Phang Nga Bay

At 08:30 hrs – Pick up from your hotel. We drive to Phang Nga Bay.
There we start with a boat trip through the bay.

We spend the morning on the island next to James Bond Rock. Optionally you may like to make a canoe trip through the caves

We will have lunch in a sea gipsy village.

In the afternoon we visit the cave temple. Then it goes back to Khao Lak. At about 17:30 hrs you will arrive your hotel.

Daytrip - Phang Nga Temple & Caves

We drive along upcountry roads of Phang Nga Province. First stop at “Wat Tam Nakarat”. There are big Buddha statues in limestone caves, which can be reached only by climbing steep staircases and ladders. The next highlight is the Pagoda Temple Wat Bang Riang, situated on a hill with a Buddha Park and an amazing view over Phang Nga Bay. You feel hungry now? Then enjoy a delicious lunch by the mangroves.

After lunch we continue our tour to Phang Nga Town, where we will explore “Phung Chang Cave” by canoe and bamboo raft, to see amazing stalactites and stalagmites. The hill, which looks like an elephant body, gave its name to the cave. Then we visit a new temple with Buddha figures in wax. A wonderful day, which will stay in your mind forever.
